Usable Glasses Give New Life

Refractive errors can be easily corrected with eyeglasses, yet millions living in low and middle income countries lack access to basic eye care services. Lions have recognized the urgent need for corrective lenses and collect usable glasses in their communities to support the Lions Recycle For Sight Program.

Holiday Homebound Meal Delivery

Every Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, we are proud to be able to deliver hot meals to homebound members of The Carmel Foundation. 

Big Sur International Marathon

Our volunteers staff one of the water stations during this challenging and picturesque race. This event has always been a favorite volunteer opportunity!

Lions Free Health Screening

Partnering with the A.J. Robinson Foundation, we have been able to offer free vision, blood sugar and hearing screenings on Senior Day at the Monterey County Fair.
